What is the 10+ Health Improvement Program?

Dr. Bebe Chianni Lin has developed a 10-week integrated health improvement program to accelerate the achievement of your health goals, to help you feel better and more vibrant, and to improve your overall quality of life. It is a lifestyle change program that will improve your body, mind, and spirit in a sustainable way. The program called “10+” is a customized program that incorporates acupuncture, Chinese herbs, nutrition, yoga and other exercise and movement with active lifestyle coaching over a 10-week period.

What does the personalized 10-week program include?

To ensure you get the most optimal results from the 10-week program, it will be tailored to meet your personalized needs including the following:

  • An initial 1 ½ hour evaluation where we will jointly set goals for the 10 weeks
  • 9 weekly acupuncture sessions which will also include a check-in discussion of your progress against goals
  • 2 private yoga sessions
  • Weekly Chinese herbs customized to help address your health issues and support your achievement of your health goals
  • Access to carefully selected articles that will help you further address specific health goals such as reducing stress, improving sleep, and increasing energy
  • Mid-program (week 5) face-to-face review and coaching session
  • Ongoing direct access to Dr. Chianni Lin via email and text over the full program
