10-Week Anti-Aging Program

Although the risk of disease and physical ailments clearly increases as we age, poor health is not an inevitable consequence. Many of the illnesses and health issues are avoidable through preventive measures. These include practicing a healthy lifestyle (regular physical activity, healthy eating, adequate sleep, stress management) and the use of early detection practices. Our focus at the Center for Acupuncture and Anti-Aging Medicine in Santa Monica is to improve the health, quality of life, longevity, and vitality of our patients and help prevent illness.

The 10-week integrated anti-aging and health improvement program was developed to accelerate the achievement of our patient’s health goals, to help them feel better and more vibrant, and to improve their overall quality of life. It is a lifestyle change program that will improve your body, mind, and spirit in a sustainable way.

The program called “10 +” is a customized program that incorporates acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and movement therapy with active lifestyle coaching over a 10-week period.

This personalized 10-week program includes:

 An initial 1 ½ hour evaluation where we jointly set goals for the ten weeks

 Nine weekly acupuncture sessions, which also include a check-in discussion of progress against goals

 Two private movement (yoga, qigong) sessions

 Weekly Chinese herbs customized to help address the patient’s health issues and longevity and support their achievement of the agreed-upon health goals

 Mid-program (week 5) face-to-face review and coaching session

 Ongoing direct access to Dr. Chianni Lin via email and text over the full program
